The former Mirabeau Hotel, converted into 8 high end condominium Apartments in Monaco.

Casamanara was hired to completely redesign and decorate the main entrance hall and the common areas. Limited by low ceilings, multiple floor heights and a multi-purpose lobby, pathway to a private Club, the main residence and the newly converted condominiums, the interior design was intended to create a sense of intrigue right from the street. From the floor pattern, to the wall cladding, till the intricate plaster patterns, everything was designed to give this space as much strength as if it had been designed many years back. It is both dynamic and reassuring. In the common areas, a custom designed carpet and wall paneling in oak and lacquer, provide a smooth transition from the street life into each residence.
